Kathryn Rizqallah, M.S. CCC-SLP
Clinic Owner / Clinical Director

Kathryn has been the owner of Morgan Hill Speech since 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Medical Science (Speech) from the University of Sheffield, England in 1996, and upon moving to California received her Master of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from California State University, Hayward in 2002. Kathryn is a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and is licensed by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.

Since 1996, Kathryn has worked in a variety of settings including elementary, middle and high schools in Santa Clara County; private clinics; and within clients homes serving children from 18 months to 18 years of age. In 2006, she began her own private practice to provide evaluations and individualized treatment to children of all ages with a variety of speech and language difficulties in Morgan Hill and the surrounding areas.

Kathryn has experience working with a variety of speech and language disorders, including Autism spectrum disorder; receptive and expressive language disorders; articulation and phonological disorders; congenital and other developmental disorders. Kathryn believes that your child should enjoy coming to speech and language therapy, and that therapy should be individualized depending on your child’s needs. Her creative therapeutic techniques have been successful in engaging children, and maximizing their progress in therapy.
Kathryn lives in Gilroy, CA with her husband and 2 children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and going to the beach.

Holly Cottone M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Holly received both her Bachelors and Masters from the University of Redlands located in Southern California. She spent two years working in the hospital setting focusing on stroke and traumatic brain injuries. However, her true passion is working in pediatrics. She has spent the last 14 years focusing on assessing and treating children in various private clinics in the Bay Area. She has received extensive training in oral-motor skills and apraxia/motor planning disorders from the top presenters and researchers in our field, such as Sara Rosenfeld-Johnson from Talk Tools, Charlotte Boshart, and Pam Marshalla, Holly is energetic and light-hearted in the treatment room, and children and their families love to work with her. She is highly specialized and focuses on treating children with motor planning speech disorders.

Caley Titus M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Caley received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Dayton then attended the University of Louisville where she received a Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders/Speech Language Pathology. While a lot of her experience has been in the area of pediatrics, Caley enjoyed her clinical rotations working with the adult population as well in the acute setting. She enjoys the many opportunities that the field of Speech Pathology brings. Caley has a passion for supporting the communicative growth of her clients and witnessing them connect with the world around them. She also is a strong believer in keeping therapy fun! She is excited to grow in her SLP journey with Morgan Hill Speech and establish meaningful relationships with her clients and families. In her free time, Caley enjoys dancing in the kitchen while baking, traveling, being physically active and indulging in a night out of dining with her foodie husband. She is excited for her new adventure in California with her husband, and dog, Luna.

Lauren Mokhtarian, M.A. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Lauren received her Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from San Jose State University. Her passion has always been working with children and their families, and she has spent the entirety of her career dedicated to pediatric therapy in private therapy clinics. Her greatest joy is witnessing children connect with their loved ones through all aspects of communication and watching their confidence flourish. Lauren has extensive experience in the areas of receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, childhood apraxia, early intervention, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Aside from direct therapy, Lauren has spent many years in clinic management and supervision roles. She brings a fun, positive, and warm demeanor to sessions, and truly values her relationship with each of her clients. In her free time, Lauren enjoys live country music, being physically active, and homesteading with her new husband in Morgan Hill.

Ambar Esperano
Office Manager/ Billing Specialist

Ambar received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from San Jose State University. Prior to moving into administrative positions, she worked as a Behavioral Interventionist doing ABA therapy with children with a diagnosis of Autism. She has held various administrative positions within therapy practices around the Bay Area. She has a passion for children and advocating for them, and enjoys working at places where she can see children thrive. Ambar joined the team at Morgan Hill Speech in October 2019 and now you will see her at our front desk greeting our clients and their parents. If you call us she will usually be the one you speak to. She is an excellent problem solving and excels in organizational tasks. She is available to support you with all your insurance and billing needs.

Nadine Ahola M.A. CF-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist

Nadine received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Nevada, Reno and later attended Wichita State University to obtain her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She is new to the Morgan Hill area and is currently completing her Clinical Fellowship year. She enjoyed both pediatric and adult populations in her clinical rotations but pediatrics has always been her focus. She has experience working with receptive/expressive language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and pediatric feeding disorders. Her goal is to make speech therapy a positive experience for both the child and the parent to help the child reach their goals. She looks forward to meeting new clients and learning and growing alongside them. Nadine enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, taking walks, and cooking.
